We went to the HarvestFest today at Tahoma Farms, which grows most of the produce we get each week.

We had a hayride tour of the fields and crops.

The market held more of the good stuff we're getting in our week's shipment.

A scavenger hunt among the crops rewarded Parker with a pumpkin to decorate.

more beautiful produce: Eggplant, Peppers, Tomatillos

This greenhouse structure held the tomato plants. Note the ladder--how often do you need a ladder to pick your tomatoes??? These grew about 10 feet high in the greenhouse.

The farm is on the site of an old dairy farm.
