I made cookies today for Parker's final school performance tonight. It was such a pleasure to use my mixer without hauling it across the kitchen to an outlet!

(Note that in the original version there was no air vent. We installed one under the new cabinet. This winter I won't have to park a heater in the middle of the room, yeah!)
