Drama performance

I completely forgot my camera the night of Parker's drama performance.  Argh!  But let me just say, he did a GREAT job.  All the kids did little sketches in groups of 3-6.  Parker's was a group of three boys, talking before the start of a basketball game about the giants they'll be facing.  He was nervous, standing on one foot and fiddling his fingers.  But he said all his lines with real animation and personality.  I know we're prejudiced but truly, he was the best one we saw the whole night!  He now knows he loves drama, and plans to continue with it the rest of the school year.  They will be working on a modified version of Romeo and Juliet, and we can't wait to see it.  (I might even take my camera....)
